Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise formwork construction activities on site.
• Train new formworkers and provide ongoing support and guidance to the team.
• Create schedules for the completion of projects.
• Ensure that all work is done according to safety regulations and company standards.
• Manage materials and equipment needed for formwork construction.
• Communicate with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders regarding progress updates and any issues that may arise.
• Conduct quality control checks on completed work.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues within the team and report them to higher management if necessary.
