Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a formworker or similar role.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; strong on-site problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine formwork requirements.
• Measure, cut and assemble formwork materials according to specifications.
• Install and secure formwork structures using hand tools, power tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure proper placement and alignment.
• Monitor concrete pouring for accurate placement within formwork.
• Inspect formwork for defects and perform repairs or replacements.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
