Job summary

Oasis Wellness Oman in Copenhagen is seeking an experienced Formworker Supervisor to lead a team on various construction projects. You will oversee formworkers, ensure safety, interpret blueprints, and coordinate with trades to keep schedules on track.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in formwork, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the physical ability to lift heavy materials. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Formworker in construction.
• Strong leadership skills with supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately.
• Knowledge of various formwork systems and techniques.
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if necessary.

• Supervise and manage a team of formworkers providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure that all worksite safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents or injuries
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine project requirements
• Coordinate with other trades and contractors on-site to ensure efficient workflow
• Train new formworkers on proper techniques and procedures
• Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlinesMaintain accurate records of materials used hours worked and progress made on projects

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Formworker in the construction industry

Salary 900$ per week with accommodation provided
