Job summary

VELUX Group seeks a Lead Cyber Security Engineer to drive secure-by-design practices across embedded, cloud and mobile product lifecycles. You will influence engineering teams, translate cyber security requirements into practical solutions and lead security maturity initiatives.

Based in Innovation House Østbirk, you will partner with IT, legal and procurement, shape security culture and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while coaching Security Champions across value

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• More than 10 years of cybersecurity experience.
• Strong knowledge across embedded, cloud, and mobile security.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into engineering controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead secure engineering practices across the product lifecycle.
• Conduct security risk assessments and design reviews.
• Embed DevSecOps principles and security tooling.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve security maturity.
• Coach Security Champions and drive secure-by-design initiatives.
