Arla Foods invites you to join the IT Graduate Programme, a two-year journey with two rotations designed to build a strong foundation in IT and Digital. You’ll work hands-on on real projects and benefit from mentorship from experienced colleagues and a supportive graduate community.

During the rotations you’ll gain broad exposure across Arla’s IT & Digital organisation, develop business co-creation skills with stakeholders, and explore areas such as data, cybersecurity, and network consultancy

Qualifications

• Graduate with a STEM degree and strong analytical mindset.
• Interest in IT & Digital and willingness to learn across two rotations.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Two rotations across IT & Digital with hands-on exposure.
• Contribute to both daily operations and strategic projects.
