Job summary

Arla is seeking a Supply Chain Graduate to kick‑start an international career across our end‑to‑end supply chain, spanning production, logistics and planning. You will rotate through four 6‑month assignments, including a foreign rotation, developing project leadership and hands‑on experience from farm to fridge.

You will join at production sites in Denmark, Sweden, the UK or Germany, spend 18 months at your primary location and 6 months abroad, and work on sustainability, digitalization and lean

Qualifications

• Must be completing or have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree between September 2025 and September 2027.
• Interest in end-to-end supply chain and operations.
• Minimum one year of relevant work experience or at least 6 months of internship.
• Globally mobile and willing to go abroad for 6 months during the 2-year programme.
• International experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Danish/German/Swedish are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Complete four rotations across Production, Logistics, Planning and Engineering & Technology.
• Contribute to sustainability, digitalization and lean optimization projects.
• Build a global network within Arla and develop leadership skills.
• Collaborate with diverse, international teams to drive improvements.
