Job summary

Rerun is seeking a Software Engineer for our Infrastructure team to develop and manage our Kubernetes operator for Rerun Hub deployments. Join a small, agile team focused on creating a robust data infrastructure for AI applications.

Ideal candidates are proficient in Go and have strong Kubernetes experience, willing to work closely with customers to integrate our tools into their cloud environments. We offer competitive cash and equity compensation, along with six weeks of paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background, seeing infrastructure as software.
• Experience with Kubernetes operator patterns, designing CRDs, and writing controllers.
• Proficiency in Go and eagerness to learn Rust.
• Solid AWS experience and infrastructure as code knowledge.
• Ability to work directly in customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Kubernetes operator for Rerun Hub deployments.
• Extend control plane for new customer infrastructure requirements.
• Ensure production reliability and scalability through observability and CI/CD.
• Participate in on-call rotation for incident response.
