Job summary

spektr, Inc. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to scale our Kubernetes-native platform and ensure reliable production infrastructure for financial services.

You will own IaC, manage EKS clusters, and improve CI/CD pipelines while integrating GitOps practices and observability to catch issues early.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or backend engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes is expected.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure as Code: Build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform/Terragrunt.
• Kubernetes Operations: Support EKS clusters and a growing microservices environment.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Build and improve pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• GitOps: Work with ArgoCD-driven workflows end-to-end.
• Observability: Contribute to monitoring, alerting, and dashboards with DataDog.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with security to apply cloud security best practices.
