LEGO® House in Billund, Denmark, invites a dedicated Team Lead, Kitchen to guide a passionate kitchen crew and shape our food offering for families from around the world.

You will blend strong leadership with a genuine love for food, developing menus and delivering memorable dining moments in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. The role is full-time with some peak-period flexibility.

Qualifications

• Solid leadership experience from a professional kitchen, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Strong passion for food, quality, and menu development.
• Ability to balance creativity with operational and commercial considerations.
• Fluent in English; Danish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Kitchen team to create an engaging, high-performance environment.
• Set clear priorities and translate them into strong daily operations and guest experiences.
• Own menu development and collaborate across departments to inspire concepts for outlets and events.
• Manage pricing, budgets and food costs while reducing waste and balancing quality, sustainability and commercial targets.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
