Job summary

Siam Pepper ApS in København N seeks an experienced kitchen assistant to join our Thai kitchen team. You will pack freshly made dishes, prepare accompaniments, take orders from walk-ins and phone calls, and help maintain high standards of quality, presentation and consistency.

We offer 37.5 hours per week with a monthly salary of 37,200 DKK. Applicants should have at least one year in a Thai kitchen, strong food safety knowledge, good teamwork and English communication at A2 level with

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated kitchen assistant to become part of our kitchen team. The role involves packing freshly made genuine Thai dishes prepare accessory dishes maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency. Taking orders from walk ins and phone calls. Handling cash register and payments. Collaboration with the kitchen staff is essential to ensure smooth operations and adherence to food safety standards.

Working days Tuesday through Sunday. 37.5 hours pr. week.

Salary DKK 37.200,- monthly

Qualifications:

• At least a year of experience working in a Thai kitchen environment
• Proficiency in culinary techniques and food preparation skills
• Proven ability to uphold food quality and consistency
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation laws
• Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English at a minimum of A2 level, with a valid certification as proof.
