Job summary

Explicit ApS is hiring a Software Developer to build and maintain digital platforms for emissions monitoring, based north of Copenhagen in Virum. You will develop main applications in C# with Blazor Server and Azure Functions in Python, and craft better user experiences for diverse user groups.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with pension, health insurance, parental leave and six weeks of holiday. Aflat hierarchy and strong team collaboration support learning and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, data science, software design, computer engineering, mathematics, physics or similar.
• Experience with code development in C# and Python and preferably Rust.
• Experience with database design (SQL).
• Familiar with software development processes in Azure DevOps.
• Experience with development of user interfaces and UX design is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Genuine interest in technology and IT infrastructure.
• Structured and focused on delivering quality work and being a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Co-development of our main applications Microsoft Azure, Blazor Server Application (C#)
• Co-development of our calculation engine, Microsoft Azure Function (Python)
• Develop new, more appealing user experiences aimed at different user groups to view products and services.
• Maintain databases, application services and reporting landscape specific to the European maritime emission monitoring set-up.
• Improve analysis tools and the user experience for the customers, the drone pilot and the internal project manager in collaboration with the project manager running the campaigns.
