• Participate in the full software development cycle, from design to deployment, for tasks of low to medium complexity, with assistance.
• Focus on learning best practices in coding and development and continually seek out new technologies and methods.
• Actively review code and incorporate feedback from senior team members.
• Understand and adopt general testing principles and processes.
• Take responsibility for solving your own assignments and manage planning of low-complexity tasks.
• Collaborate closely with mentors for continuous improvement and share knowledge within the department.
