Job summary

Frigaarden ApS in Copenhagen South is seeking reliable team members for our winter service crew. Responsibilities include snow removal, salting, and operating winter maintenance equipment; this is an on-call position with a 45-minute response time. You will help keep roads, paths and common areas safe for residents.

Starting pay is 180 DKK per hour with flexible on-call work during the winter season. Training and necessary equipment are provided, and a supportive team environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in winter.
• Ability to report on-site within 45 minutes.
• Driving licence is an advantage.
• Experience with snow removal, landscaping, grounds maintenance, or machinery operation is a plus, but not required.

We are looking for reliable and hardworking team members to join our winter service crew responsible for snow removal and salting in a large residential area in Copenhagen South.

This is an on-call position, meaning work is activated based on weather conditions. When snowfall or icy conditions occur, you must be able to report to work within 45 minutes of being called.

Your Responsibilities

Snow removal from roads, paths, and common areas

Salting and de-icing of walkways and access routes

Operating winter maintenance equipment and machinery (training provided if needed)

Ensuring the area remains safe and accessible for residents

Working outdoors in varying weather conditions

What We Are Looking For
