JYSK is seeking an IT Security Engineer to strengthen security operations and protect our business across diverse technologies. You will maintain and enhance our security tool stack, develop detection use cases, and automate incident response processes.

The role offers a collaborative environment with training, flexible work-from-home options, and opportunities for career growth within the Lars Larsen Group.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience developing XDR and EDR security technologies.
• Understanding of network protocols, endpoint behaviors, server behaviors and threat detection methodologies.
• Good knowledge of incident response processes and security frameworks.
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Strong understanding of log sources, attack techniques, and detection methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their security monitoring tools.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, develop, and improve our security tool stack.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and ensure lessons learned translate to improving security tool stack configuration.
• Develop, fine-tune, and maintain detection use cases, SIEM/SOAR rules, and alerting mechanisms.
• Drive automation of security processes to increase speed and reduce manual effort in incident response.
• Build and maintain SOAR playbooks, scripts, and integrations with security tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in Security Operations.
• Provide technical expertise during security incidents, including log analysis, root cause investigation, and remediation support.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

We are looking for a new colleague who:
