Responsibilities

• Oversee all IT operations including network administration security data management and technical support


• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems


• Identify areas for improvement in the companys IT infrastructure and implement necessary changes


• Manage the budget for IT expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented


• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for upgrades or new systems


• Manage a team of IT professionals providing guidance training and performance evaluations


• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to enhance their productivity

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field


• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management role


• Strong knowledge of network administration security protocols data management and technical support


• Experience with project management methodologies


• Excellent communication skills ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders


• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team


• Fluency in English Danish language skills are a plus
