We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Aarhus As the IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our companys information technology infrastructure This includes managing a team of IT professionals implementing and maintaining hardware and software systems and ensuring the security and reliability of our network

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of IT professionals providing direction support and training as needed
• Develop and implement strategies for the effective use of technology to meet company goals
• Oversee the installation maintenance and upgrade of hardware and software systems
• Ensure the security of our network by implementing appropriate measures and protocols
• Monitor system performance to identify any issues or areas for improvement
• Provide technical support to staff members on an as-needed basis
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements or updates to our systems
• Create and maintain documentation for all IT processes and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience working in IT management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of network security protocols and practices
• Proficient in project management principles with experience managing teams and projects from start to finish
• Familiarity with hardware software networking and cloud-based technologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff members

Salary

We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1600$ based on qualifications and experience
