Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations, infrastructure engineering, and/or IT support.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments, including device administration and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).

Responsibilities

• Run and improve our Microsoft 365 and Azure environment, including Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint management.
• Operate our corporate network and remote access including VPN and Wi-Fi.
• Manage device lifecycle end-to-end: provisioning, configuring, securing, patching and offboarding laptops and mobile devices.
