JYSK is seeking an IT Delivery Lead who drives delivery across iterations and ensures PI commitments are met. You’ll strengthen agile ways of working, provide transparent data, and remove blockers to progress, building a healthy, high‑performing team in a fast-paced IT environment.

You will partner with Product Owners, IT Delivery Managers, and stakeholders across JYSK and ARTs to drive IT delivery initiatives that improve ways of working and ensure reliable product availability from suppliers

Qualifications

5+ years of experience driving digital deliveries to meet objectives, quality and timelines.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and engage teams.
Structured, goal-oriented work style adaptable to changing priorities.
Clear and confident communication with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with facilitating agile events and workshops; Agile frameworks knowledge.

Responsibilities

Drive planning and coordination to secure steady progress and strong delivery outcomes.
Remove obstacles and enable the team to reach its goals with confidence.
Lead and facilitate agile events that strengthen flow and continuous improvement.
Indirect leadership and coaching to ensure high‑quality deliveries.
Foster change management through open communication and proactive risk handling.
Partner with Product Owners, IT Delivery Managers, and stakeholders across JYSK and ARTs.
Drive IT delivery initiatives to improve ways of working.
