Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking an IT Delivery Lead to own planning, coordination, and execution for IT products supporting dairies globally. You will drive delivery across multiple products, working with Head of Product and Architecture Partner to shift from project-driven to product- and value-focused delivery.

Your role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendors, and applying flexible methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to different contexts.

Qualifications

• Basic experience in IT delivery, operations or engineering/project management.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Big-picture view of delivery with focus on orchestration and team enablement.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for a range of SC IT products
• Conduct Product life cycle management
• Build product life cycle strategy, in close collaboration with IT architects
• Ensure delivery aligns with business outcome targets, SLAs, and KPIs
• Plan and deliver developments on the products in close collaboration with the IT digital manufacturing team and the Supply chain business.
• Manage external service contracts, ensuring agreed service standards are consistently met
• Apply and adapt delivery methodologies to suit the task, ensuring a pragmatic and fit-for-purpose approach
