Job summary

Baettr, headquartered in Lem, Denmark, seeks an IT Application & Delivery Manager to lead the Applications & Delivery function and translate digital opportunities into measurable business value across the organization.

You will oversee a team of specialists, govern the portfolio, and align ERP, enterprise applications, data platforms and AI initiatives with Baettr’s growth strategy in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Proven track record in enterprise applications and IT delivery leadership.
• Experience with cloud-first architectures and best-of-breed applications.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for Baettr’s application and enterprise architecture roadmap and ensure coherence across ERP, business applications, integrations, data platforms and AI capabilities in collaboration with the relevant solution architects.
• Ensure architecture decisions support business priorities, enterprise architecture principles and the digital roadmap.
• Lead the Applications & Delivery team and ensure successful execution of digital initiatives across the organization.
• Manage, coach and develop team members, fostering accountability, ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish and govern a structured portfolio management process that transforms business opportunities into prioritized digital initiatives.
• Drive the qualification of digital opportunities, including business cases, prioritization and follow-up on expected business benefits after implementation.

As we continue our digital transformation and strengthen our global IT capabilities, we are looking for an experienced IT Application & Delivery Manager to lead our Applications & Delivery function and shape the future digital landscape across Baettr.

As IT Application & Delievery Manager you will be working from our headquaters in Lem, Denmark, but will be a part of a global team located at our sites in Europe and Asia.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Information Technology, you will play a central role in defining how applications, data, integrations, and AI capabilities support Baettr’s growth strategy.

As IT Application & Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that digital opportunities are translated into measurable business value across the organization.

You will be leading a team of specialists and will be driving the governance, prioritization, and delivery of

Baettr's digital portfolio to ensure that business priorities and delivery execution remain aligned.

The role combines leadership, architecture governance, digital transformation, stakeholder management, and operational execution in an international environment.

You will contribute by

What makes you a great match

We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or a related field and solid experience within enterprise applications, architecture, digital transformation, portfolio governance or IT delivery leadership.

You have a proven track record of working with Cloud/SaaS-first architecture principles and Best-of-Breed application strategies. You know how to balance business requirements, architecture principles and delivery execution to ensure the right solutions are selected and successfully implemented.
