Job summary

Teton seeks an Information Security & Compliance Manager to own the ISMS and GRC function, driving ISO 27001 through certification and ongoing operations. You will collaborate with engineering, compliance, and customers' security teams, leveraging AI-assisted tooling for evidence collection and policy updates.

The role emphasizes automating routine tasks, scaling the security program, and preparing for evolving regulatory requirements in healthcare and enterprise settings.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in information security, GRC, or IT compliance.
• Experience with ISO 27001 implementation or certification cycle.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own ISMS and ISO 27001 program: risk assessments, control implementation, internal audits, management reviews, certification cycle.
• Run compliance platform: administer Vanta integrations, automated tests, evidence collection, policy management, AI-assisted tasks.
• Manage customer security assurance: respond to security questionnaires and audits from healthcare and enterprise partners.
• Build a scalable trust center and assurance package for growth.
