Job summary

Continia Software is seeking a proactive Compliance Manager to structure and govern our compliance obligations aligned with internal policies and legislation. You will lead the program across ISO27001 and ISAE3402, ensuring certification continuity while collaborating with IT Security and Legal & Compliance.

You will train teams, drive governance, and coordinate with stakeholders to keep processes aligned with changing regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of ISO27001; ISAE34002 familiarity is a plus.
• 3+ years in a similar compliance role, preferably IT.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train others.
• Fluent English; basic Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Continia’s compliance program.
• Manage ISO27001 and ISAE3402 frameworks and certification status.
• Create an annual wheel for obligations from policies and legislation.
• Raise awareness and train the organization on compliance obligations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to adjust processes as policies change.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure company-wide compliance.
