Job summary

European Energy A/S in Søborg, Denmark, seeks an Associate in the Investor & Partnership Management team to showcase wind, solar and storage technologies and drive divestment and co-investment projects. You will work with KAMs and colleagues to develop compelling investor materials and support business development activities across a global renewable portfolio.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Commercial Law, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in M&A, consulting, strategic partnerships, commercial customer-facing roles, infrastructure, or related field.
• Experience in supporting negotiations and contributing to partnership, investment, or joint venture agreements.
• Understanding of deal structuring and experience working with financial models.
• Experience preparing analyses, reports, and presentations to support business development or investment activities.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and executive management to shape business development proposals for current and prospective investors.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop compelling sales and business development materials.
• Collaborate with executive management and senior stakeholders on business development propositions for current and prospective investors.
• Maintain overview of documentation that supports all investor-oriented conversations.
• Provide ad hoc support to executive management, your manager, and Key Account Management colleagues.
