Qualifications

• We are looking for someone with relevant experience in logistics or freight forwarding, including practical experience with international shipments, freight coordination and transport documentation.
• You have a solid understanding of international shipping procedures, customs requirements and relevant transport regulations, including Incoterms.
• You are highly organised, reliable and proactive, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple shipments, deadlines and operational priorities simultaneously.
• You have excellent communication and coordination skills and are confident working with freight providers, colleagues and management. You communicate fluently in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in working with ERP systems.
• A valid Category B driving licence is required. Categories C and CE would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with colleagues, you will support the planning, coordination and monitoring of freight and shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation and efficient logistics operations.
• We are looking for someone who takes a practical, hands‑on approach and is comfortable being directly involved in day‑to‑day logistics operations.
• The role also offers opportunities to take an active part in the operational logistics of smaller projects and the establishment of new projects, from planning through to execution.
• You will prepare and maintain shipping documentation, maintain accurate shipment records and ensure compliance with relevant national and international transport regulations, including Incoterms and customs requirements.
• In addition, you will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and other relevant functions to coordinate logistical requirements, resolve operational challenges and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• The role requires you to work independently, take ownership of logistics processes and maintain a structured, detail-oriented approach, while being comfortable taking an active, hands‑on role in day‑to-day operations within a dynamic international environment.
