Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking an Internal Business Applications Consultant to support and develop its Dynamics 365 and related business applications landscape during a major digital transformation. You will work with stakeholders across functions to harmonise processes and rollout Dynamics 365 solutions.

You should be fluent in Danish and English, comfortable balancing support work with improvement projects, and able to document processes and train end users.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NAV, or NAV/TRIMIT.
• Strong user support and adoption skills.
• Fluent in Danish and English, with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support and troubleshoot issues.
• Administer, configure, and maintain Dynamics 365 and related apps.
• Support testing, upgrades, and new solution implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support and troubleshoot system-related issues.


• Administer, configure, and maintain business-critical applications and user access.


• Support system testing, upgrades, enhancements, and new solution implementations.


• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and drive process improvements.


• Create user guides, documentation, and training materials to support adoption.


• Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.


• Support integrations and data flows between business applications.


• Contribute to successful system rollouts and user adoption initiatives.


• Act as a key link between technology teams and business users.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central


• Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016


• Microsoft Dynamics NAV/TRIMIT

Experience with any of the following would be considered an advantage:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service


• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
