Columbus is seeking a D365 HR Business Consultant to lead HR process design and Dynamics 365 Human Resources implementations. Based in Nordhavn, with relocation from Ballerup planned in November, you will guide analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and optimization across projects.
You will work closely with customers, project teams, developers, and other consultants within a dedicated Dynamics HR team, focusing on practical value and long-term improvements.
Do you want to help customers succeed with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources? Are you an experienced consultant who combines HR process knowledge, D365 HR expertise, and strong consulting skills? Do you enjoy helping customers and colleagues succeed, taking ownership, and finding practical solutions that create business value? Then you might be our new colleague.
Location: Nordhavn (relocating from Ballerup in November)
As a D365 HR Business Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources (D365 HR) implementation and transformation projects. Working at the intersection of HR, technology, and consulting, you will advise customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, from analysis and solution design to testing, training, deployment, and optimization. Your focus is not only on delivering functionality, but on understanding customer needs and helping them achieve lasting business value. You will work closely with customers, project teams, developers, and fellow consultants while contributing to the continued development of our Dynamics HR practice.
At Columbus, you will join a Microsoft-certified implementation partner working with customers across industries on business-critical Microsoft Dynamics solutions. You become a part of a specialized Dynamics HR team and a broader Microsoft Business Applications community, collaborating with highly skilled consultants across consulting, development, integration, data, and Power Platform. We value collaboration, professional curiosity, and continuous development. You will have both the freedom to manage your own work and the support of a team that shares knowledge, helps one another, and takes collective responsibility for customer success.
You combine a solid understanding of HR business processes with strong D365 HR knowledge and consulting experience. You are motivated by helping customers succeed and take the time to understand their business before recommending solutions. Rather than pursuing the most advanced option, you focus on finding the right solution for the situation. You are comfortable challenging requirements when appropriate while respecting existing processes and investments. You work independently, communicate confidently with stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and contribute positively to both customer engagements and team development.
Columbus is a global IT consulting company with more than 1,500 employees across 10 countries. We help over 1,100 customers drive growth and digital transformation through data, technology, and industry expertise. As part of Columbus, you will work with industry-specific solutions that help customers realize the full potential of their digital businesses while contributing to positive social and environmental change.
