Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree in Digital Business, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication in English and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to digitalize, automate and improve business processes and drive initiatives from idea to implementation.
• Identify opportunities to create business value through AI and data analytics.
• Conduct business analysis, stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand user needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, reports, and communication material.
• Apply Lean principles to challenge current ways of working and improve processes and collaboration.
• Support workshops, training sessions, and change management activities.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives within Laboratory & PAT Solutions.
