Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S invites an Intern in Digital Laboratory Solutions to join an international team driving digital lab solutions, data‑driven decision‑making, and emerging technologies such as AI. Qualifications

Pursuing a Master's degree in Digital Business, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
Comfortable working with data and digital tools.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Enjoy collaborating with stakeholders from different backgrounds.
Curious mindset and a passion for learning.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to digitalize, automate and improve business processes and drive initiatives from idea to implementation.
Identify opportunities to create business value through AI and data analytics.
Conduct business analysis, stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand user needs.
Prepare presentations, dashboards, reports and communication material.
Apply Lean principles to simplify processes and improve collaboration.
Support workshops, training sessions and change management activities.
Contribute to strategic initiatives within Laboratory & PAT Solutions.
