Job summary

Jones Engineering in Copenhagen is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join the delivery team on a large data centre project in Denmark. You will track costs and hours for labour hire subcontractors and subcontracted prelim staff, supporting the Commercial Manager with reports and progress applications.

The role requires the ability to work both independently and within a multi-disciplinary team, with strong IT skills and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Third level qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team.
• Excellent IT Skills.
• Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills.

Due to expansion of our Data Centre Division, Jones Engineering require an Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to join the delivery team on a large DC Project in Denamrk.

Responsibilities

• Tracking Costs and Hours of all Labour Hire Subcontractors.
• Tracking Costs and Hours of all Subcontracted Prelim Staff.
• Assist the Commercial Manager with the preparation of Commercial Reports.
• Maintain all Commercial Registers.
