Job summary

Nextt & Mason AB, a Nordic rights organization based in Copenhagen, seeks an Interim Finance Manager to lead a team of five and manage the Nordic entity's finances while supporting the parent company during the CFO's absence.

The role is hands-on with extensive experience in finance functions and Business Central implementation; you will report to the CEO and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring accurate reporting and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Finance Manager/Head of Finance, both operationally and strategically.
• Documented experience with Business Central implementation.
• Strong leadership skills, collaborative mindset, and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team and oversee daily operations.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports to management and the board.
• Take over tasks and responsibilities from an experienced colleague.
• Participate actively in the Business Central implementation (new setup and upgrade).
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
