Job description

With us, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, take responsibility for your own projects and contribute to solutions that make a real difference for both customers and the climate.

As part of our development department, you will join a strong professional team of 13 dedicated colleagues, where you will have the freedom to shape design choices and play an active role throughout the entire process – from idea to finished product. You will have an influence on technical decisions and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. We work at the forefront of electronics engineering and deliver solutions to customers across Europe – from advanced IoT solutions to complex control systems, always with a focus on quality, product lifetime and resource optimization.

More than just a job

With us, you can expect professional challenges in a dynamic environment, working across development, production and sales. You will be involved from the earliest stages of a project and follow it all the way through to market launch.

We value creative initiative and give you considerable freedom and influence, allowing you to put your personal stamp on projects and help develop the electronics solutions of the future. Collaboration across teams and disciplines is a natural part of everyday work, and you will find that everyone has a voice and supports one another.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the green transition by developing solutions focused on energy optimization, low power consumption and long product life. We also participate in projects with the Danish Technological Institute focusing on the circular economy and design optimization.

We offer attractive employment conditions, including an individual contract, pension scheme and health insurance, as well as an everyday working environment in Herlufmagle with exciting projects and minimal travel.

Your responsibilities

You will play a central role in the development of hardware and embedded software, working closely with colleagues and customers to create innovative solutions.

You will:

  • Participate in the entire development process from ideas to finished products and take responsibility for your own projects.
  • Programme microprocessors and develop embedded software for control systems and devices.
  • Work with PCB design, including both analogue and digital electronics.
  • Contribute to technical decisions and knowledge-sharing within the development team.
  • Translate customer requirements and needs into functional solutions and ensure high quality throughout every stage.
Who are you?

You hold a degree in electronics engineering and have experience with both hardware and embedded software. You have likely worked with microprocessor programming (e.g. Microchip, ST or Renesas) and have a broad technical understanding of PCB design and electronics.

You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can use your creativity and drive projects forward, and you are good at maintaining an overview of complex tasks. Experience with project management is an advantage, and you are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You are fluent in Danish and preferably also in English.

Just as importantly, you appreciate a workplace where there is room for both professionalism and a sense of humor.

  • You hold a degree in electronics engineering and have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience.
  • You have experience with embedded software (C/C++ or equivalent) and microprocessor programming.
  • You have a technical understanding of PCB design and can work with both analogue and digital electronics.
  • You have experience with project methodologies and project management.
  • You have experience with IoT, e.g. MQTT.
  • You can translate customer needs into practical and functional solutions.
