Job summary

Simply.TV is seeking a Station Coordinator based in Mexico to join the Ingest team. You will manage information from broadcasters and content owners, coordinate with internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth workflows.

The role requires strong English, organized problem-solving, and proactive communication. As a freelancer, you will work 40 hours per week from Mexico, with opportunities to grow within data operations and technical accounts teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process incoming emails from US broadcasters and content owners.
• Review and validate channel-related information (launches, changes, rebranding, ceasing operations).
• Process information through internal workflows and route to teams.
• Investigate and troubleshoot data/workflow issues, escalate as needed.
• Track requests and follow-ups to maintain visibility across workflows.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners.
• Use ticketing/workflow systems to assign tasks with relevant teams.
• Maintain documentation and historical records of changes.
• Collaborate with ingest, technical, editorial, and schedule teams for accurate processing.
• Build and maintain communication with external partners for data quality improvement.
