Job summary

Stride Social is a fully remote role focusing on the Danish market. You will build and manage your own roster of Danish-speaking creators, identify opportunities, and negotiate campaigns with brands across multiple niches.

Recent onboarding includes structured training and ongoing education in creator acquisition, outreach, sales, and negotiation. Expect uncapped commission with potential to move to a base salary after 6 months based on performance.

Stride Social is looking for ambitious, commercially minded people to join our growing Stride Talent team. This opportunity is ideal for anyone interested in social media, influencer marketing and the creator economy. Previous industry experience is not required.

You will build and manage your own roster of creators, with a focus on Danish-speaking creators and brands in Denmark. You may work across any creator niche, including lifestyle, beauty, fashion, sport, gaming, travel, food, technology and more. We are not recruiting for one specific niche.

What You Will Do

• Identify promising creators, make introductions and sign talent.
• Build and support your creator roster and develop long-term relationships.
• Find brands and partnership opportunities, negotiate deals and coordinate campaigns.
• Track activity, communicate clearly, and take part in the Monday and Thursday team meetings at the agreed times.

Who We Are Looking For

• Fluent spoken and written Danish and good working English.
• Confidence speaking with new people, handling outreach and building relationships.
• An organised, proactive and independent approach to remote working.
• An interest in creators and brands across any industry or content niche.
• Comfort with targets, rejection and commission-based income.
• Availability to begin onboarding within approximately 7–14 days, where practical.
