Job summary

Unity Technologies is seeking a customer success professional to promote adoption of our development solutions among Industry customers. You will collaborate with support, sales and product teams to ensure value realization and successful adoption.

You will analyze customer health, drive retention, and relay feedback to improve the end-to-end journey. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, or Automotive industries.
• Experience supporting customers with SaaS products or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to enable customers to apply Unity tools to business objectives.
• Set up customer calls to drive retention and growth by understanding needs.
• Ensure customers progress through subscription and promote feature adoption.
• Use CRM and health score to analyze behavior and improve retention.
• Channel customer feedback to improve journey and address product gaps.
