Job summary

Secomea is seeking a customer-focused Sales Engineer to bridge complex technical environments and commercial success. You will partner with Sales and customers to help prospects understand, validate, and adopt Secomea solutions, leading PoCs and coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will report to the Senior Director of Global CSM, Professional and Implementation Services, Solution Architects, and contribute to design, validation, and deal execution across OT, IT, networking, and

Qualifications

• Professional experience within Sales Engineering, OT, Cybersecurity, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex B2B sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or industrial environments.
• Professional working proficiency in English and either French or German.
• Ability to conduct customer meetings, workshops, and PoCs in English and either French or German.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical solution strategy for opportunities.
• Support RFIs/RFPs with clear and compelling technical responses.
• Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, and implementation recommendations.
• Lead customer PoCs and coordinate with Product, Support, R&D, and Implementation teams.
• Build trusted relationships with customer technical teams and decision-makers.
