Novo Nordisk in Måløv, Denmark, is seeking an Laboratory Technician in Research Bioanalysis to develop and run immunoassays that measure proteins and peptides in biological samples. You will support early-stage research in diabetes, obesity and cardiovascular diseases while contributing to data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Education in laboratory technology or equivalent.
• Proficiency in general biological research laboratory techniques and workflows.
• Practical experience analysing biological samples.
• A keen interest in data analysis and a drive to keep data quality high.
• A flair for IT and laboratory instruments, with the willingness to learn and adapt.
• A proactive attitude towards building your analytical technical skills, with an open mindset.
• An energetic, self-driven and organised way of working, and a team-player mindset.
• Hands-on experience with immunoassays such as ELISA, MSD or AlphaLISA.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement new immunoassays for the proteins and peptides your collaborators need to measure.
• Analyse samples from in vivo and in vitro studies using immunoassays.
• Plan and carry out sample analyses, using robotics and IT systems to handle samples efficiently and track data.
• Analyse data and safeguard data integrity, so project teams can rely on the results.
• Proactively improve laboratory workflows and integrate new digital tools and AI.
• Help strengthen the culture of the department.
