Job summary

Itworksrec is seeking an experienced IFS Finance Consultant to support a client that recently went live with IFS Cloud in Denmark. The role focuses on standardising Finance functionality and resolving legacy issues from the transition.

You will collaborate with the Finance team and key stakeholders to identify pain points, improve processes, and establish a more standardised and efficient way of working within IFS Cloud, using native Danish and fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as an IFS Finance Consultant.
• Proven experience with IFS Cloud in post-go-live environments.
• Solid understanding of Finance and accounting processes within IFS.
• Experience resolving legacy issues and improving IFS functionality.
• Experience with standardisation and moving towards standard IFS functionality.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Native Danish speaker and fluent English.
• Able to work independently and quickly understand an existing IFS environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance function following the recent IFS Cloud go-live.
• Identify and resolve legacy issues within the IFS Finance module.
• Review existing Finance processes and identify opportunities for standardisation.
• Challenge unnecessary customisations and align processes with standard IFS functionality.
• Support configuration and functional improvements within IFS Cloud.
• Work closely with Finance stakeholders to understand pain points and requirements.
• Support testing, issue resolution and process improvements.
• Provide functional guidance and knowledge transfer to the internal team.
