Job summary

Ørsted A/S in Denmark seeks a leader to own and evolve Identity Security across IT, OT, and cloud. You’ll headline a team delivering access governance, PAM, directory services, authentication, and identity assurance, reporting to the CISO.

You’ll shape strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a security-critical platform enabling secure access across the organisation. Ideal candidates bring senior IAM and cybersecurity platform leadership, strong stakeholder skills, and a proven ability to translate

Qualifications

Proven experience leading identity security, IAM, or security platforms in complex organisations.
Strong people leadership with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
Experience across IT, cloud, and critical infrastructure environments.
Ability to translate cyber strategy into product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and business teams.

Responsibilities

Define and own the vision, operating model, and roadmap for Ørsted's Identity Security across IT, OT, and cloud environments.
Lead, develop, and empower a team of identity and cybersecurity specialists.
Prioritise initiatives by cyber risk, regulatory requirements, business value, and delivery capacity.
Drive identity-related delivery across transformation programs including IAM modernisation and OT identity security.
Strengthen access governance, authentication, MFA, federation, and identity assurance.
