Arup Denmark is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering hyperscale data center and industrial projects across Denmark, Scandinavia and international markets. You will oversee site selection, due diligence, design delivery, procurement and handover, while coordinating diverse stakeholders and ensuring regulatory alignment.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering (Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical) or related discipline.
• Experience in project and/or design management delivering complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Good commercial and contractual awareness with understanding of project management services including scope, programme, budget, risk and delivery processes.
• Experience in managing stakeholders, consultants, contractors and client teams with strong communication across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language and English.

Mansioni

• Support the delivery and project management of data center projects from feasibility to full design and hand-over across multiple countries, keeping scope, programme, budget and deliverables on track.
• Coordinate technical reviews and integration of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and environmental disciplines across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with clients and engage with municipalities and authorities, supporting environmental and building permitting processes and regulatory alignment.
• Prepare project reports and management deliverables, including progress updates, schedules, procurement inputs and commercial information; plan and control programmes to mitigate delays.
• Ensure compliance with client standards, quality, health and safety requirements and sustainability objectives.
