Job summary

Mind Energy, based in Aarhus, Denmark, seeks a Senior Risk Analyst to join the Trading Middle Office. You will connect trading activity with performance reporting, risk oversight and controls, engaging traders to explain PnL movements and ensure data accuracy.

The role offers hybrid work with some home days and room to improve reporting and processes across the team. You will work across risk, trading and finance to ensure reliable data, strong controls and transparent insights that drive better

Qualifications

Relevant degree in economics, finance, business or related field.
Experience in risk, trading middle office, performance analysis, controlling or finance.
Strong analytical skills and data-quality discipline.
Knowledge of derivatives and risk metrics such as VaR is beneficial.
Ability to translate technical input into clear insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own and execute daily controls and reporting related to trading performance, PnL and risk metrics.
Engage closely with trading desks to understand positions, strategies and market drivers.
Monitor risk limits and ensure mandate compliance per procedures.
Drive improvements to reporting, controls and operational processes with focus on quality and efficiency.
