Ørsted is seeking a senior risk professional to design and maintain a risk framework for material revenue risks. You will provide transparent portfolio-level insights and independently assess complex trading and hedging exposures.

You will combine quantitative analysis with sound judgement to support decisions and establish robust risk controls across energy markets. The role emphasizes collaboration and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Hold an advanced quantitative degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, physics, quantitative finance, or equivalent experience.
• Bring practical market-risk experience from energy or financial markets and understand trading, hedging, and portfolio decisions.
• Strong knowledge of Value at Risk, Expected Shortfall, stress testing, and risk decomposition.

Responsabilidades

• Designing and maintaining the risk framework and risk-limit hierarchy across material revenue risks.
• Assess standard and bespoke transactions, identifying key risk drivers and tail risks.
• Reviewing methodologies for Revenue at Risk, Value at Risk, and portfolio stress testing.
• Building, reviewing, and validating asset and portfolio risk models and decompositions.
• Providing consolidated and decision-ready risk transparency to stakeholders.
• Guiding first-line risk owners on models, hedging strategies, and risk-management practices.
