Job summary

Velux Deutschland Gmbh is seeking a Performance & Data Analyst at the Thyregod production site. You will collaborate across the organisation to make production data accessible for reporting and decision-making, delivering KPI dashboards, OEE reports and data models.

You will work across system administration, BI development and digitalisation projects, with potential for remote work up to 2 days per week and some travel. Proactive data storytelling is key.

Qualifications

• Have completed an education in production technology, data, IT or a related field.
• Have experience with, or a clear interest in learning about, production processes and industrial data.
• Have knowledge of Power BI and SQL, including the ability to structure data and build data models for reporting.
• Have knowledge of, or an interest in developing knowledge of, OEE reporting and data storage platforms such as Snowflake.
• Can work systematically and detail-oriented with data quality and problem-solving while keeping the practical needs of users in mind.
• Communicate effortlessly in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects within digitalisation and physical installations of project related equipment and services.
• Build and maintain KPI and production dashboards in Power BI and OEE reports for use in daily production.
• Build and maintain basic data models in Power BI, ensuring clean structures for reporting within the production domain.
• Define requirements for data from production equipment and ensure delivered data is reliable and fit for use.
• Establish clear standards and practical ways of working for production-data handling and reporting.
• Work with IT, data owners, department managers, production management and external partners to develop and review data solutions.
