Job summary
WS Audiology Group is seeking a Solution Architect for Enterprise Enablement to shape and govern enterprise technology solutions that drive growth and digital transformation. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and partners to design scalable and secure solutions across our enterprise platforms.
The role covers governance of platforms like SharePoint, Power Platform, Nintex K2, and Azure, with a focus on automation, APIs, and data flows to connect enterprise systems.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
- 3–5 years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture or related roles.
- Experience designing solutions across cloud and enterprise apps.
- Hands-on with SharePoint, Power Platform, Nintex K2 and Azure.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and automation.
- Knowledge of process automation and RPA (UiPath/Automation Anywhere).
- Experience with Workday and Jira Service Management is an advantage.
- Understanding of cloud architecture and governance principles.
- Strong communication in English.
Responsibilities
- Design and govern end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business needs and standards.
- Own architecture, governance, and lifecycle of platforms including SharePoint, Power Platform, Nintex K2, and Azure.
- Drive business process transformation through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Define and oversee integration of architectures, APIs, and data flows across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance through project lifecycles.
- Establish governance frameworks and best practices across platforms.
- Ensure security, risk management, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive modernization and continuous improvement across enterprise technologies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and propose value-adding approaches.
