Job summary

Puzzel is seeking an AI Engineer – Applied AI & Agentic Systems in Copenhagen or Aarhus on a hybrid basis. You will build and run production AI services, evaluate models, and design agentic workflows that blend models, tools, data and business logic.

You will collaborate with engineers, product teams and AI specialists to move ideas from concept to production, monitor systems, and continuously improve AI capabilities in a fast-growing cloud-native platform.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to ship AI or software products into production.
• Strong Python and API/service development skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or generative AI.
• Experience with AI agents, tool calling or orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate AI and machine learning services into production systems.
• Develop agentic workflows that combine models, tools, data and business logic.
• Evaluate LLMs, SLMs and specialised models for use cases.
• Design retrieval, context and knowledge systems for AI applications.
• Review and validate code generated through AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams and AI specialists to take ideas to production.
• Monitor and improve AI systems once live in production.
