Job summary

Puzzel is seeking an AI Engineer for Applied AI & Agentic Systems in Copenhagen Aarhus, on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on bringing AI models into production, building agentic workflows, and evaluating AI systems across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with engineers, product teams and AI specialists to turn ideas into reliable production services, while maintaining strong engineering practices and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping AI or software products into production.
• Strong Python skills and API/service development experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or generative AI systems.
• Experience with AI agents, tool calling or orchestration frameworks.
• Production experience in cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate AI and machine learning services into production systems.
• Develop agentic workflows that combine models, tools, data and business logic.
• Evaluate LLMs, SLMs and specialized models for specific use cases.
• Design retrieval, context and knowledge systems for AI applications.
• Review and validate code generated through AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams and AI specialists from concept to production.
• Monitor and improve AI systems once they are live in production.
