Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S Kalundborg is seeking an HVAC Supporter to help stabilise and optimise HVAC systems across Manufacturing 1. This is a planning‑and‑analysis role focused on data, documentation and systematic improvements rather than hands‑on mechanical work.

You will collaborate with HVAC colleagues, technicians, maintenance and project managers to monitor performance via BAS/SAP, drive small HVAC projects and identify energy‑saving opportunities while ensuring GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical education (e.g., Marine Engineer or similar).
• Experience with HVAC/ventilation in industrial or regulated environments.
• Interest in technical support, maintenance planning, data and problem solving.
• Familiarity with SAP and building management/CTS systems; GMP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and root-cause analysis for HVAC systems.
• Maintain and improve maintenance plans, master data and spare-parts information using SAP.
• Monitor performance via building management systems and equipment data.
• Drive HVAC-related projects and contribute to larger projects including fire/smoke dampers.
• Identify opportunities to optimise maintenance, energy use and environmental impact.
