HSO is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the solution vision for multinational transformation programs, spanning sales, service, marketing, and digital operations within the Microsoft ecosystem.

You will work with executives, delivery teams, and consultants, mentor CE & Power Platform practitioners, and shape architecture decisions while ensuring successful delivery across the programme lifecycle.

Location: Anywhere within EMEA

Work Type: Hybrid

Travel: International travel to customer sites and HSO offices required.

The Opportunity

As a Solution Architect, you will lead the solution vision and architectural direction of complex multinational Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform transformation programmes.

Working closely with executives, business leaders, and delivery teams, you'll help organisations transform their customer engagement, sales, marketing, service, and digital operations through the Microsoft ecosystem.

This role combines strategic advisory, solution architecture and business transformation. You'll act as a trusted advisor to customers, guide architecture decisions, and ensure successful delivery across the programme lifecycle.

As part of the role, you will also provide leadership and mentoring to consultants within the CE & Power Platform practice, helping to build capability, drive quality, and support professional growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform programmes.
• Advise senior stakeholders on digital transformation and technology strategy.
• Drive discovery workshops and solution design.
• Architect end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, integrations, and data.
• Ensure scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance.
• Support strategic presales and executive customer engagements.
• Shape best practices, methodologies, and reusable assets.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working with Core Agentic AI Processes & Architecture.
• 8+ years of CRM consulting and solution architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale CRM and customer engagement transformation programmes.
• Experience architecting solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations or Field Service.
• Broad Solution Architecture experience across Dynamics 365 CE, with proven expertise across at least three Microsoft offerings and the ability to design solutions that span multiple modules.
• Team Lead experience is desirable but not essential, with a strong ability to motivate and drive teams towards project goals.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience leading international end-to-end implementations, ideally across multiple countries and regions.
• Broad understanding of the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, integration services, analytics, AI, and automation.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and team leadership capabilities.
• Presales and business development experience is highly desirable.
