atNorth is hiring an HSE Manager to lead the health, safety and environmental program at the Skovlunde data center. You will drive the IMS, ensure ISO 45001/14001 compliance, and work with site teams, contractors and stakeholders to embed safety and environmental practices across operations.

The role requires 3+ years in HSE within construction, industrial, or data center contexts, strong documentation discipline, and excellent communication skills in English; Danish is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or similar, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on HSE experience, ideally from construction, industrial, or data center environments.
• Solid understanding of HSE risk management, audits, and operational safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain documentation and reports.
• Confident communicator, able to engage with employees, contractors, and site management.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work across multiple sites and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English. Danish is a strong advantage.
• HSE-related certifications and First Aid certification are a plus.
• Background check is conducted on all employees.

Mansioni

• Support implementation and maintenance of atNorth's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Framework and Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Help embed strong occupational health, safety and environmental practices
• Ensure compliance with applicable HSE legislation, permits, company standards, client requirements, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
• Verify Risk Assessments and Method Statements, and ensure adequate management of change activities
• Monitor daily site activities to verify implementation of risk controls and promote safe behaviours
• Support incident reporting and investigations, ensuring lessons learned are shared and actions are effective
• Contribute to emergency preparedness activities, including drills and equipment checks
• Support HSE inductions, toolbox talks, briefings, and awareness initiatives for employees and contractors
• Maintain accurate HSE records, documentation, and objective evidence.
• Participate in internal and external audits and support closure of CAPAs
• Capture and report HSE performance data to support continuous improvement
