Job summary

NHV Group is seeking a Safety & Compliance Coordinator / HSE & ISO Coordinator to join our team in Esbjerg. The role combines Safety & Compliance coordination with local HSE and ISO responsibilities and aims to implement ISO 45001 by 2027.

You will work closely with the Safety & Compliance Manager, HR and operations to ensure procedures are followed and improvements are implemented across aviation-based activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety, compliance, HSE, quality management or a related coordination function.
• Structured and systematic approach to documentation, follow-up and coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day safety and compliance activities with the Safety & Compliance Manager.
• Follow up on SMS findings, audits, reports and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety and compliance documentation and action plans.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities and related documentation.
• Act as local HSE focal point and coordinate occupational health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate risk assessments and follow-up on improvement actions.
