Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment Lead for a major data centre construction project in Denmark. You will lead HSE activities, ensure compliance with Danish legislation and client standards, and drive continuous improvement on site.

The role requires NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and 5+ years of construction HSE experience, with data centre exposure preferred. You will deliver inductions, audits, and weekly safety reporting, providing visible leadership on site.

• Monitor subcontractor HSE performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Produce weekly HSE reports and safety KPIs for project stakeholders.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and visible leadership on site.
